With 32 years of culinary experience spanning the globe, i transfer my inspiration from my travels and dinning experience into creative, modern, high level culinary experiences. i have lived in Bangkok Thailand, Anguila in the Caribbean, New York in some of the highest rated restaurants, and Portland oregon where i started my culinary journey. From a classsic french foundation, to sushi, new american, farm to table, and Asian fusion, expect only the best experience while dinning with me.
